Malvasia is an outdoor seat that projects graceful and straight patterns of lights and shadows through its metal weaves. Despite its apparent simplicity, its design expresses a true production challenge: to extract the backrest and seat from a single perforated and calendered piece, and then weld them almost invisibly to the tubular frame.
A particularly complex treatment that brings the metal close to its flexibility limit and softens its impenetrable coldness. Evoking the warp and weft of a fabric, but also the play of shadows of a tree canopy, Malvasia is a seat that lends itself to animate any outdoor space, even terraces and gardens. The legs, characterized by a double curve, give poetic lightness to the furnishing, whose minimal profile is completed by the addition of armrests and soft cushions.
